Rangemaster grill tripping the electric

We have a rangemaster classic cooker and when the grill is switched on it instantly trips the electric.

It has been fine since we got it but it started doing it this week.

We can have both ovens and all the hobs on at once but as soon as the grill is turn on it trips straight away.

Is the grill on its way out or the wiring and fuse not suitable?

I would say the element has failed, it might be worth getting a torch and have a look at the element and see if there are any strange marks.

Likely a faulty grill element. Replacement shouldn't be too much.

Aye that what I was thinking. She only a few months old tho so that was throwing me off.
I give them a call tomorrow.
