Rapid tapping/buzzing noise from GPU when overvolting

I tried that, I went down by the tinniest fraction I could each time and it wouldn't make a difference, however it would completely go away once I got back down to stock voltages.

Its probably your psu. Its the most common source of capacitor whine.

That sucks, I just bought a new PSU because my old one was faulty. Both have been Corsair TX series
