Rapidshare

just a quick one,

for the past week rapidshare has not gone above the download speed of 10kbps, somethings wrong, i cannot work it out, deleted all my cookies etc, checked my connection on speedtest and its all fine, its just rapidshare thats getting blocked, and i dont know what by

im on windows 7

and im with o2 access, yes i know , but its only just started this after about a year of use

oh and its only doing this with rapidshare, no other site

no, im downloading from steam at 600kbps and from video streaming sites, i can pause them and go straight to rapidshare and im getting 6kbps atm
