rapist threatens rape

Fight fire with fire, has he got a wife? You know the score..

Tbh sort it yourself, police aren't going to do anything, he's not done anything wrong and can easily just denie it. And he will get more angry that you have reported him to the police. Basically, get any of your mates sorted, find the said guy and beat him to a pulp, torch his car etc and leave him with a death threat that if he ever thinks of threatning you or your family again he won't be alive next time.

Now thats Alpha!

That is unbelievable! I can't believe that happened to you tbh!

Does he have any motive? When you lived near him did you aggravate him in some way or have a dispute?

Does he seem like a general mentalist or pretty normal/calm when speaking?

I don't know what I would do but in your situation but If I saw him again I would deffinatley be thinking along the lines of protection for yourself and your wife.

Without wanting to sound like "internet hard man/alpha" you could consider doing something yourself as stated the Police won't do anything until its too late...Don't know what that could be but if someone threatened that against my Wife I'd probably end up getting mad enough to sort the **** out with a bat or something? :)

Possibly post leaflets around your street with his picture or car registration and mention the SoR as he will be on it if he has been convicted recently of rape. Sick mother ****ers like this need to be put down like dogs in my opinion.

Hasn't done anything wrong? At the least it's a section 4 public order offence, but you've also got threats to kill, which is very serious. Obviously proving it is going to be difficult, but there should still be an investigation especially with the CCTV and all.

Personally I would do this, but be careful, he might have mates of his own.

I think you really need to keep following this up with the Police as your first line of enquiry.

Make them aware of how worried you are, with his previous convictions, they have got to take it seriously. Dont let them drop it! If they do, then perhaps go to the ipcc?

Tell him your wife is actually a man. He'll go away then.

"Um.. you do know that my wife is actually a man, dont you? I didn't know you were into that sort of thing..."

Then wink at him.

Other than that, there is nothing you can do other than CCTV, and a damn big lock on all points of entry as well as chains that stop the door from opening fully. CS spray also perhaps?

He's in breach of Section 4 of the Public Order Act, The Police can and should prosecute him for threatening behaviour, If the Officer you spoke to didn't seem interested then demand to speak to a senior officer. Go at it like a dog with a bone and enquire about making a complaint to the Professional Standards Department if you have to. They should be helping you out here.

Keep all the downstairs windows shut and locked... the chains for doors are a good idea.

She'll be ok mate, horrible thing to have happen.

is it legal for a woman to carry a tazer gun for her protection ?
btw for anyone doubting this....this is 100% serious.
i know there may be some slight mocking but thats fine after all this is Gd and i'll happily take that for the good suggestions that come with it.

It's not legal, but if I were you I'd still look into it

.

Absolutely not, it's classed as a firearm.
As I said you have done the best thing with calling the police, the only other sensible thing you can do is try and get a restraining order. that way it gives you some legal rights.
