My mate needs some RAM to replace these modules :

"512MB 1Rx8 PC2-3200U-333-10-A1" Samsung branded

I'm pretty sure he can buy these to replace them :

No, the PC2-3200U are DDR2 Modules, and the ones in the link you provided are DDR modules. PC2-3200 are outdated now and you'll be lucky to find them in that speed, but these should definately work fine as a straight replacement of the old sticks.
