Rasberry Pi to begin with?

Hi there,

I am thinking of buying a Raspberry Pi to help build my building skills but wondered if anyone an recommend one to start with?

In terms of what I would like to use it for, I am thinking of using it as a backup device.

Any suggestions would be great, thanks!

What do you mean by building skills? If you mean physical, theres literally no building involved apart from putting it in a case and putting in a micro sd card

Can be used for a number of things, can get tophats etc for them for things such as PoE, make it an access point, pihole to block ads etc.
