Decent specs, only down points are possibly the RAM and the PSU, but the PSU should be fine for your needs.

Fair amount of folk having issues with blowing hiper PSU's, i'd stay away from them if I were you. Corsair psu's seem to be the current flavour of the month.

I got recommended the psu from [No competitors - Minstadave], so if it blows I wont be best please lol.

Ill be overclocking soon, just finding out info about it as never done it before. But the easytune 5 program that came with the motherboard looks ok. What do you think about it, any good? :)

From what I've read recently, people have had issues with the Hipers. Haven't seen any problem with the corsairs yet, so might be worth your while investing in one. Bad PSU can totally screw your computer, so personally, I'd invest in a decent one.

Remove the competitor name please :) Spec looks ok, there have been reports recently about the Hiper PSUs blowing but I don't think it's much to worry about. Let down slightly by the mix and matched RAM (I think Dell normally use samsung RAM), one because it's never a good in dual channel mode to mix different make sticks and two, it's not the best recipie for overclocking :)
