So with the new season almost here, I'm curious to see what everyone thinks of their teams transfer business so far. Its very easy with hindsight later in the season to say the transfers were good or bad but lets see what everyone thinks in advance. So following the format below, lets see what the initial impressions are.

Team :

Transfers Out : Are you happy with them, got good/bad value. Rating out of 10 for outbound business.

Transfers In : Are you happy with them, good/bad value, enough or lacking? Rating out of 10 for inbound business.

Just One More Wafer Thin Mint : If you could sign only one more player this transfer window, what (if its a position) or who (if its a specific feasible player) would it be.

Team: Blackburn

Transfers out: A bunch of players left on a free, Downing has retired. Not fussed about the players that have left, none were starters.

Transfers in: ?

Just One More Wafer Thin Mint : At this point, anyone. I suspect if Armstrong goes we may see a little bit of that money reinvested, but it won't be all as Venkys are *****.

We get 40% of the Armstrong sale. Mike Ashley will certainly pocket that clean.

Team: Man Utd

Transfers out: Couple of contracts expired, few loans but not much else yet. Still rumours about Pereira and Dalot going back to Italy.

Transfers in: Good signings on paper so far but we still need a defensive midfielder, only really been linked with Camavinga though. Trippier looks the most likely but I'd rather we just give Dalot a shot.

Team: Leicester

Transfers out: Nothing of note, no first team players leaving.

Transfers in: Really happy with the transfers, a couple of exciting new footballers, one freebie which is desperately needed.

Team: Manchester United

Transfers out. Not enough moved on. We used to be the best at moving on not quite there players. Andreas, Jones, Lingard, Mata and arguably Matic have all reached their end.

Transfers in: The two we have made are first team starter and top quality player but still not enough for what we need. Ideally a new CDM to finish of our first eleven and provide us with a real fighting chance for the league title.

Team : Villa

Transfers Out : Grealish...and deadwood

Transfers In : Could be majestic, could be a disaster, who knows at this point. I'm optimistic but they've got huge shoes to fill and the lack of defensive mid so far is concerning.

Team : Palace

Transfers Out : we let most of the squad go...we did need a refresh as they were all getting on a bit, slightly worried it's too much in one go however....

Transfers In : We've signed some young players with decent potential but feel we need a few more with a little bit more experience considering how many we've got rid of
