Rattling Buttons !!!!

Anyone ever replaced their front brake disc buttons? the parts that hold the disc to the inner hub? i know they sell them for the ducatis but need some for an 04 zx10r

the one side is pretty loose and didnt wanna have to replace the whole disc as its not worn
 
Discs with buttons are supposed to move a bit, otherwise they would not be semi/floating, are the rest all rock hard? could be the discs are warped, is there any lateral movement around the loose button?

I think there are some companies that will replace the buttons but I don't personally know anyone who has, they've just got new dics if they think they are no longer safe...

I would take the bike to a dealer and check if they are in tolerance first, they are supposed to be loose to allow for expansion and the disc to run true through the caliper.
 
the right side is,as your sitting on the bike,you can move it back and forth about 3-4mm as well as side to side

I could buy some cheap new discs from japan/china but I wouldn't trust them
