rattling noise?

Hi guys, sorry for the vagueness!

You know when you accelerate in too high a gear at really low revs, the engine kind of makes a rattling kind of noise, well i'm starting to hear this more and more at gears/revs that used to be fine.

Any ideas what is starting to go?

1.8 focus petrol by the way

could be duf petrol , Pinking , or pre ignition if you like
