Hi guys,

Im looking to put the Maximus 3 along with 2 x GTX580's into a raven 2.

The question is, my wifes CPU is watercooled. At present this is all housed in an Obsidian 800d.

Would the raven 2 take an EK XT360 rad across the bottom ie: in the brackets on top of the 2 x 180mm fans, and still leave room for cabling and the graphics cards?

I love the look of the case, but its a concern.
 
You wouldn't be able to mount it on top of the 180mm fans, as the combo would be too tall. You could however, remove the fans and associated gubbins (bracket and filter) and fit the radiator with 120mm fans directly to the floor of the case, which is an easier task on the Raven than the FT02, as you can access the bottom...

Whether it'll be as good as the 800D is debatable, as while the radiator receives fresh/cool air, the components receive warmed-up air, raising system temps. Of course, the ideal is to have the radiator in a different compartment, ala the V2000/TJ07 et al.
