Raven RV03 fan controller issue

I purchased a Raven RV03 and swapped my system over a couple of days ago.

Firstly I'd like to say what an amazing case, very impressed, the design the mobo layout and especially the cooling is awesome.

My niggle is the fan controller, the hi-low switch for the back air penetrator fan works fine but the front fan is a different story. If I switch the fan on low it stops, if I switch it to high it runs at the low speed.

I would probably run both on low any way really but it would be nice to have her fixed.

There must be a few here running the same case, anyone else with this issue? or know of a fix?

Mite be they wired it wrong at the factory so check it with the other fans,failing that it sounds like rma time for the fan tbh.

I found a post that Confused Stu made HERE his was faulty fan, I have emailed Silverstone to see if they can replace it.

Hi

I've just got this case for Christmas and put it together a few days ago, overall installation was easy but I do have one gripe.

The 180mm AP fans when on Low are noisy certainly above 18dB and appear to make a slight grinding noise, when on High this is even more noticeable is this normal?

No should be quiet as a mouse sounds like a faulty fan.
