I would contact their tech support they will have experts to help you. http://www.raxco.com/support/#one if you have not done so already maybe a uninstall / reinstall will solve it? Just a shot in the dark.
Yes an uninstall/reinstall does fix the problem as I to have had the same error. If you find a fix that doesn't require a reinstall please post back to let us know.
