Looking at numbers out of context is hardly telling us much. Oh look a Vega 56 has 10.57 TFLOPS of compute performance and a 2060 has 6.451 TFLOPS. Doesn't really mean a great deal though does it.
We all know NVidia are having a laugh with RTX but what do people expect them to do? They can basically do what they want at this point given their dominant position. Sure, it's not going to last forever but they are going to milk it for all it's worth while they can. Not like AMD would do any different.
