But then it was really too thick and a bit of a waste to eat it like that.....so knife and forks out ! Besides, I wanted to see what it looks like inside.

I rested it for 10 mins and when i cut it, i think i could've cut it with the back of the knife and eaten the thing with just the fork, it was that tender.

I did, i got it from the butchers, and i rested it for an hour before i started cooking.

That piece of fillet actually looks OK for fillet. Bit overcooked though
