Does anyone have this stick? It says on Razeras website that it's windows compatible but I've been reading around that there are some incompatibilities with games running in steam. These posts are from about 2016, does anyone know if these issues have been fixed now?

Will be playing SF V, Tekken 7 and Injustice 2.

I own a Razor atrox and its compatibility has not been fixed.

Basically you need to use old Xbox 360 controller drivers and then you can use the stick with 6 of the 8 buttons. This is fine for Tekken and Streetfighter but if some games require more then it's a let down.

Great stick though. But I find I have less compatibility issues when I use my PS4 stick.

Alternatively you could maybe save yourself some money and get a Hori Rap 4 Kai or something for about £85-90 and most buttons should work right away.

Tempted to get a Brook Universal Fighting board for my Atrox to be honest.

I'll give it a mis then. Really not good that a company like Razer won't make working drivers for a £180 product. I have managed to find a PS4 SFV Arcade Fightstick TE2+ EU - do you know if the stick works ok on a PC preferably plug and play?

I think Microsoft are actually to blame. You could consider the razor panthera? Prices are steep though .

Qanba sticks are decent too

I've been doing a bit more research and I think I'm going to go with the PS4 Real Arcade Pro 4 Kai. I've been on Horis US website and it says this stick has a PC switch which makes it fully compatible. Plus it's £88 which is much more bearable price. I think this stick will be perfect for my first arcade stick.

Well I got a Hori Real Arcade Pro 4 Kai earlier and I have to say I'm loving it. Found it very easy to make the jump from a pad to arcade stick. I'm finding it easier to pull off special moves in just a few hours though strangely I'm not playing quite as good as I was when playing on a pad though I thik this is because i'm still adjusting to a joystick.

Overall impressions are you can move much more accurately, pull off special moves easier and fighting games are a hell of a lot more fun than playing with a pad.

With a pad I always felt that I was being held back and not able to fully synchronise with the charcter I'm playing. Now with a joystick I feel the only thing holding me back is my own skill. I don't think it'll take me to long to reach the level I was it with a pad. Maybe about another 10 hours.

For anyone in any doubt about making the jump from pad to stick I'd say if you like fighting games and see yourself playing them for the forseeable future then definitely get one. The Hori is a great stick and perfect for me right now. I may upgrade to Razer or TE2+ with Sanwa parts in six months or so just to see if it's any better but I can't recommend an aracde stick enough.

I played a bit of Tekken this morning with my arcade stick and it was fun.

The Atrox annoys me though, its my "best" stick but due to compatibility my PS Venom stick with sanwa parts gets more use. Every button works without any faff.

Microsoft have took the **** with the arcade stick drivers.
