Does this headset sit on the top of your head or on the back?

It actually sits better in the bin.

For that price i would get some sennheiser HD555. They will sound infinately better for games, music, and even films, and will be very comfortable. Then get a desktop mic.

Top of head - I have them - they are ok and comfortable but I would not buy them again.
