Razer Blackwidow Chroma

My Keyboard is on the way out so i'm looking to buy a new 1. I have been looking at the Razer Blackwidow Chroma, but i have noticed there is a OcUK Tech Labs Custom Razer Blackwidow Chroma version? What is the difference between the 2 seeing as it's £20 more expensive? I see it says O rings but i have no idea what the advantages are having them?
