Razer BlackWidow - Keys stop working

Hi all

Yesterday the "equals" and "at sign" stopped working on my razer blackwidow.
I have popped off the keys and have not found any dust or foreign objects.
tired using a different usb port.
reinstalled the firmware and software.

Anyone have any ideas?

I had a tarantula and the b key died.

Razer just don't make good keyboards. RMA it if inside warranty, or bin it if not, would be my advice.

Razer make brilliant keyboards... any keyboard key can randomly fail. Like any CPU/motherboard/graphics card can die. doesn't mean the company that made it doesn't make good things.

How long have you had the keyboard OP?? It could be that the mechanical switch has failed?

i have had the keyboard since June last year. Can i get an "RMA" with razer? how do i go about doing this?

I've had keyboards for 12 years, well my dad has.
Why bin it?

Razer supposedly have a life time garuntee on products so long as you don't spill things on them/cause physical damage yourself obviously.

Dude, update the firmware. Had the same problem on mine, even if you have the newest firmware use the firmware repair tool
