Razer Blade 13 for work (and some play?) or better choices?

Hi guys,

I just need a little steer please if anyone can weigh in. I need a new laptop for work - mainly just excel, powerpoint, email etc. Looked at the new range of Huawei devices for c£900, then stumbled on the Razer on sale for £900. Specs look great - keyboard, trackpad, ports etc.

Is this a better buy, or should i be looking elsewhere?

I have a Razer 15 which looks great, performance is ok but their support is awful. In the 1.5yrs I have had it, it has had a new HDD and new battery but they don't provide replacement parts at all, any maintenance has to be done by RMA and this can take a few weeks.

I use mine for work also and so being without it for long periods isn't helpful! The battery bloated recently and they wouldn't provide a replacement one without sending the whole system to them, being very busy presently and with lockdown and everything else this wasn't practical so I had to buy a third party battery because they just would not make any attempt to deal with the issue other than via RMA of the whole system.

I won't be getting another Razer laptop.
