Today my copperhead decides to give me some trouble

It randomly disconnects and reconnects and windows tells me this, which cuts my game to 0 fps whilst doing this and no mouse at the same time obviously.
How do i solve this problem as my friends doesn't get this with my mouse and website says something about not enough power and just tells me to send it back but its out of warranty as i bought 2+ years ago.
If i open a ticket using my friends receipt which is in warranty would this work? And where would i have to send my mouse to.
