Just bought one from ocuk, but when i try to configure it the software tells me there isnt one installed.
According to my device manager its a HID compliant mouse.
Tried diff usb slots, and turning legacy off in bios but no joy.
Also found a few links on the web with others having the same problem but no fixes, and i cant update the firmware without installing the mouse.
Cant register for razer support because for some reason i need to enter my zip code, which i dont have because im uk based, another problem for another day.
