Got an orochi from ocuk 15 months ago, feet went bad, contacted razer after seeing the feet for £8.99 then £15.99 postage. They sent out a free set which arrived a week later. Superb customer service, no one mentions the good stuff, only when it goes bad so thought it would be nice :)
 
customer service may be good shame it cannot be said about their product quality.

Very true, although I will say my Naga lasted about a year before the left click stiffened up, and the same for my keyboard which seems to be double pressing these days here and there. I think im noticing a pattern here :D

I had those exact problems on a Naga and a blackwidow keyboard. Not gone back to their products and these have lasted me 2 years and still going strong.
 
Speaking of the naga,do you guys know of any mouse that can take the hammer from MOBA games none stop click fest?

I thought the naga could be that mouse,seems not,do they do mice with mechanical buttons like keyboards.
 
Never had to deal with their customer services, but I'm still using a Razer Krait from 2006 - great mouse and is still going strong!
