Razer Deathadder 2013 Mouse query

Just taken delivery of this mouse and whilst I like it, something is niggling me about the wheel and wanted to check with anyone who owned one.

My wheel seems to sit slightly to the left, and whilst scrolling down is quiet, scrolling up has a kind of rattle to it, as if making contact with something.

Also I've noticed that in the same way that pressing down the wheel I get the cursor change which allows me to float around the screen, I can access this option by pushing the wheel right, but can't do the same by pushing left; it seems as if the wheel is seated to the left at all times.

Is the same for others before I ask for a replacement?

Mine is seated centrally but is silent scrolling down and a little noise when scrolling up, but I have noticed this happening on several mice I have used, dont have the cursor float thing.

Thanks. Is there a very obvious click button the wheel that is also the same when pushed to the right? Mine has this, but doesn't react the same when pressed to the left.

No my mouse wheel is pefectly centred and only clicks down in the centre nothing/no movement left or right

Just to conclude this in case anyone buys one and wonders the same. Razer got back to me within 12 hours to confirm that wheel is slightly off centre by design and does have a button command by pressing in as well as right, but not left; and the wheel does create some noise scrolling up.
