Razer deathadder

Well at first I thought he meant a zoom button but after putting the term in google, a 2x button performs the double-click function when you press it once?

In that case, the Deathadder doesn't have that function as far as I know.

Whats the point in that? If you just want to highlight a file clicking it once it will open it, meh. I'm sure you can do it in Windows mouse settings anyway.

Of course it does ;)

Ah thanks for clearing that up! I was a little disappointed when I thought it didn't have one, I read that some mice feature a physical double click button so software configs never occurred to me at the time :(

thank you

i do speak english if u dont understand the question then dont answer please ok ?

what button would u recommend to put the double click on? im thinking of 4 or 5

I think they were fair to ask for an explanation, it wasn't exactly clear.

I would think button 5 would be best, when i'm using mine that's the easiest of 4 or 5 to press. That could just be the way i'm holding it. I suggest you try both and see which one you like best, it's easily changed.

If you haven't bought it yet be warned: it's a big mouse! I didn't realise how big until I had it in my hand. If you check out the Razer website and look at the ergonomics, if you use the 'claw' or 'fingertip' method (like me) it may be a bit too big. (It's a great mouse tho)

Really? I must have big hands then!

It isn't that big. It's definitely more of a grabber than a gripper, but it's a very nice shape if you happen to be right handed. The only bummer about it for me is that the extra buttons are only on one side.

Meh, I only use my thumb and 3 of my fingertips to hold it, it's a wee bit long for that, but it's still a great mouse if you're not a twitch freak, no doubt about it!

anyone who's got one how hard is it to press the 2 buttons on the side? just i would like to get one but think that i might press them by accident when just browsing etc... and haven't see any on display in my local PC shops to have a feel for the mouse.

There's space enough below them to rest your thumb while browsing as the're raised slightly from ground level, I never even considered it till you mentioned it! (I do own one btw:))

The buttons are quite solid and "clicky" so they won't activate if you move your thumb over them, and there's a bit of space under them for you to grip the mouse.
