Anyone use one for gaming? I prefer these type of keys for everyday use, but I am not sure now they would be for gaming.

They look similar to the Mac Keyboard, can anyone comment on how similar the two keyboards in terms of keys?

I currently use a Mac Keyboard for everyday use and a Cyborg V7 for gaming, so maybe this keyboard meets in the middle and might be of some use to me.

Cheers,

James

I got one recently, best keyboard I've owned.

I had a logitech k750 then I bought a cyborg v5 because I thought it would be better for gaming but I preferred the keys on the k750.

I saw this keyboard so I went for it, the typing feel is different to the k750 so its not the case that all chiclet keyboards will feel the same. Took a day or two to get comfortable with it...I was making a lot of typing mistakes at first.

Build quality is supreme, the sharp corners on the keyboard give you the impression it could be used as a weapon.

The synapse drivers are a let down, thats the only downside. A few times the software has stopped working and I had to plug the keyboard in again (I plugged it into a different usb port which seems to have solved it). The software is also basic looking but you can customize every key easily.

I bought a naga 2012 to go with it and thats brilliant aswell, and as they both use the synapse you can customize the mouse buttons to activate keyboard functions and vice versa.

Thanks, did you buy from OCUK? Because their pictures show the US layout and the description doesn't clarify which it is.

Also if it is the UK layout does it have the normal type of enter key ( like a right angle) or a US style enter key (just a rectangle like a backspace).

Bought from the purple shirt place on the high street.

Its a UK layout and has a right angle normal type of enter key, small left shift etc.
