Hey, I bought this mouse december and its been really good, love the feel of it.
However, i noticed that something was wrong, the extra buttons on the left hand side were playing up.
I have them set up for mouse button 4 and mouse button 5
Firstly it happened in ventrilo where the bind wasn't working, So i had to rebind it, for some reason, it switched from mouse 4 to mouse 5 (still using same button)
So i assumed it was a software issue.
But now i have noticed that when i press one of the buttons, both are pressed. The buttons on the left feel slightly loose compared to the right hand side, and it is possible to push both buttons down, just from one side...
I was wondering what i should, isit worth opening it up and fixing it? (fixed a few razer's before)
Or because its only a few months old, sending it back. How would i do this? through overclockers?
Thanks in advance!

Yes get in touch with OcUK - they'll be happy to help :)
No point opening it up and possibly voiding the warranty when you can get it replaced for nothing. :)

As rhys said, drop overclockers a webnote or ring them up and ask them about it, you should be able to RMA it and get a new one hopefully :)

Good luck with the webnote, for some reason they're hopeless with my mouse (roccat kone) and refused to give me an RMA for an issue that was posted several times in its review page, still ****es me off..
But very helpful with my hard drive.

Well i think i got an automated response asking if i had the latest drivers *sigh*
My brother said he had trouble trying to get his mouse RMA'd from overclockers too, i hope i have more luck!

Unfortunately its almost been 2 weeks and no word. It's kind of hard to use pc without mouse... :(
I emailed overclockers, they said it could take up to 28 days to recieve it back from the supplier. I had a look at razer's site and it said they replace(not repair) broken products, so i don't know why it's taking so long.
Anyone else had this problem?
