Powered by a d-box motor, haptics and smart software, comes a 4D theatre or racing simulator like gaming chair from Razer

Price not announced (but ******* expensive is a good guess?) and no release date.

Razer says the chair works with thousands of games and all movies and all music

i suspect, if it ever sees the light of day, it will be "if you have to ask..." kind of money. Still, interesting idea.

Probably me being silly but hope the wheels and chair swivel are high resisntance/breaked when in use otherwise will be a bit useless for racing games no?

More likely to see a launch than that modular desk thing, that almost looked like it could have been an April fools.

If it's anything like the Coolermaster Motion 1 due to be released soon, it'll be between $2,000 and $2,200 rrp....

Looks like the Razer and cooler master chairs are using the same d-box haptics motors and systems. D-box announced 8 months ago that it was ready to take its technology from its racing chairs and home theatre chairs and stick into gaming chairs and these brands wasted no time at all coming up with new models that integrated this technology.

$2k is around the level I would have guessed as well, basically Herman miller money

What's the point? It's a chair at the end of the day. No matter the features it should never cost 2000k+.

The world is going absolutely insane
