Razer Lachesis Problem(s)

It used to happen less frequently, but now, every single time I boot up my computer it does not seem to recognise that the mouse is plugged in.
I have to replug it into the USB port every time! It gets kind of irritating having to go under my desk repeatedly.

When it's turning itslef on, the computer will let my Lachesis flash blue a couple of times and then the lights stay on as normal. But I cant move my cursor at all! I can change profiles on my mouse (another problem I'll get to soon) and change DPI and even right click on my desktop to bring up the menu - but no movement, at all!

ALso, whenver I change profiles, the mouse thinks that it has been disconnected for about 15 seconds, which is horrificly annoying to say the least.

I've tried reinstalling and updating all the software butnothing seems to work

I like my mouse!

Try a different USB port. Try on a different computer?

Other than that....new mouse?

I tried all of my ports

I'd rather not have to get a new one tbh.

Im experiencing some of them problems with my razer mamba mouse, most of the time its fine but every now and then it needs plugging into a completly different usb port to get it moving, when it wont move just the right button works, ive tried updating the firmware, bad mistake as i couldnt get the thing to work then, manage to downgrade the firmware to what was on and the mouse now works again.
cant even get the software to install now as it says it dosnt find my mamba mouse, very frustrating to say the least, i know how you feel

...and the Razer help and support isn't exactly the easiest to reach, or of higher standard : /

RMA it(if under 2years old), i did when one button stopped working and have a new one in a box waiting to be opened!

I may have to, how exactly would I go about RMA'ing it?

Info on the razer website, it took me about a month to get an RMA number out of them. Passed from pillar to post, but got it in the end.
