razer mamba 2012 help

hi all

I have just got a razer mamba 2012 the 4g optical and laser one. hoping someone on here has one and can give me some advise.

basically the laser part of myn doesn't seem to be working. can you normally see the laser? do you have to activate the duel sensor part? if so then how?

sorry if these seem like silly questions just not sure if its working right

if it moves your cursor across the screen then its working.
my rat mmo mouse has no light coming from the laser if this is what you mean.
