Yeah I've had one for a couple of years ish.

Pros:
- accurate (with a good mouse mat)
- responsive
- long cable
- comfy (right handed)
- good software
^ everything I want in a mouse
- wireless responsiveness is excellent - but wired is still better

Cons:
- wireless battery life doesn't make it through a long (e.g. 16hr) gaming session. so then you have to plug it into usb. once you've done this a few times you leave it plugged in. IMO, if you play for long sessions the wireless features are therefore useless.
- rubber pad under the thumb becomes unstuck over time
- occasionally crashes and needs restarting via a switch on the bottom

Summary:
- wireless brilliant for short/medium sessions
- wireless useless for long sessions
- mouse is fantastic wired, but expensive compared to the death adder

I generally recommend the death adder to people as it's much cheaper. But if you're like me and don't mind paying a bit extra, this is excellent. Personally I think if you're paying this much for a mouse you'll want to use it wired, as it's noticably more responsive than wireless even though this is the most responsive wireless I've ever used.
