Razer Mamba Wireless Issue

Just bought the Razer Mamba Chroma Wireless Professional Gaming Mouse

Connected to the PC as asked, recognised by Windows and works fine (inc. lights)

However on the Device Manager its showing as "HID-Compliant Mouse" and within the Razer software for customising the RGB; its not found?!

Anyone else had this that can shed some light on it to fix?

I have similar issues with mine it refuses to work if other wireless devices are plugged in to my PC.

Hi ..I've got the same mouse but it seems to be working fine and I also run a wireless headset through my pc. From time to time it plays up and I use it wired but when I unplug it it works fine again . I've had mine over a year....will look in device manager see what it's says tho

Sorted, had to install older software for it to work correctly
