I have two friends who have owned razer mice, and both have said that they seem to have a slight delay from moving the mouse to what you see on the monitor.

Can someone who has used both a logitech and razer mouse confirm either way?

I wan't to buy a DeathAdder Respawn, but this talk of delay's / lag is putting me off somewhat.

Thanks

How much of a delay are we talking about? 0.01ms or 0.00000001ms?

Either way I can't see any delay when I move mine and nor have I done so in the past with my previous razer.

I've never seen delay. My Razer Lachesis has like 100hz polling in the sensor. It seems very responsive. Much more than my old Logitech MX500 which, to be fair, was wireless :D

EDIT: You are much more likely to see lag from the monitor than from the mouse :p

I have a deathadder (lefty edition) and I dont see any delay and I think it's rather good :D Also, as Dreadhead said, it's probably there monitors

I've had a deathadder respawn for a few months and it's as cool as a cucumber, no lag or anything, although I do have it set to 1800DPI so I can have the full 1000Hz polling rate.

Maybe a lower polling rate may cause delay, I'm not sure. A friend of mine also has the same mouse and finds no problems with it.

I highly doubt that Razer products have any sort of delay.... they take gaming pretty seriously and have been pumping good quality mice out for years. Who remembers the boomslang?

I use mine on lower polling rate too and don't have a problem. Where are you plugging into? A usb hub or direct?
