Razer Orbweaver Diagonal Movement

Hey Guys,

Does anyone here have a Razer Orbweaver and also suffer from the lack of diagonal movement.

Tried to play BF3 and it either wont move diagonally without trying a few times or on the odd occasion it does it there is a delay.

It just seems to not work properly at all yet my Logitech G13 and Nostromo have been fine.

Is there a simple fix i'm missing?

I was hoping the orbweaver would have a analog stick, because it does not I see no reason to upgrade from my nostromo.

A friend of mine had the same problem with his Orbweaver and he just took it back a few days later and got a refund. I think it's a common problem?

Well it works fine in CoD so it's just BF3 so far.
