Razer RMA process

Hey everyone has anyone had experience with Razer's RMA service before? What was your experience with them like?

I sent my Razer Lycosa keybaord out about 3 and 1/2 weeks ago and I still havn't had my replacement. I was suppose to get a Razer Lycosa mirror edition (US) as a replacement instead of a (UK) standard Lycosa because they had no stock available for that model.

Any shared stories and experiences would be grateful :)
 
Yeah I am fine with a US layout keyboard but I am just getting impatient how long it takes for a replacement to be sent out. Unless the one I sent back got lost or they just forgot to do anything :/
