Hi, I never returned anything ive brought on the internet, got this mouse and the up scroll is not working, which is very annoying. Its under 28 days do I just contact Razer and send it back to them ?

Sorry really newbie question but I want to check before I go and void the warrenty or something.
 
Yeah tryed differnt usb ports and pcs. Installed all the drivers and was working fine then just stopped :(. its just a very annoying fault.

The seller as in OCuK?
 
yes its under 12months manufacture warranty and they'll sort it with razer for you:D

edit: as long as you are positive its broken send it back:D
 
Sigh, just tested it on a differnt laptop and indeed its not broken, feel like a muppet now. Must be a driver issue, will reinstall it cheers for you help lads. would have cost nearly as much as the mouse costs sending it back to OCuK :/

Was in razer cp, oh dear oh dear thats a stupid mistake. Now can russian walk again woop ;)

Hi guys,

My copperhead's left-button has completely given up on me... I think it's been a long time coming; it starting double-clicking about 2 months ago and its been getting progressively worse :(

I bought it in late 2007, but afaik, razers mice are covered by a 2 year warranty. Could someone confirm this for me?

Also, what is the razer rma like; do I go through the merchant or through razer directly? I still (fortunately) have my proof of purchase :)
