Razer Synapse Macro

So this is quite simple, i want to change the behaviour of the left mouse button...except it is fantastically greyed out and uneditable.

Is there an edit that needs to be done for this?

Which Razer mouse is it? Some are not compatible with Synapse.

If you mean the Left Click (?) button then yes you can change it as long as something else is set to 'Click' instead.

I have left and right mouse buttons swapped in Synapse as I have the lefty edition of the DeathAdder and by default the right mouse button is set to Click.

(Pain in the ass when in BIOS, windows setup etc!)

As above, I had to map the left click to another button before I could edit it...
