Razer Tartarus Pro not working

HELP!!!

My Razer Tartarus Pro isn't showing up in synapse for some reason and I can't figure out how to get it working.

I can see it in device manager under "Human Interface Device" and when I try to update it, it says it's already got the latest drivers. I've also tried reinstalling Synapse 3 and changing the USB ports but none of this has worked.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Tried it in another machine, it showed in synapse on that one but still no luck with my computer, any idea what could be causing this?

Check the lead and pins for any damage
What os?
Can you try unplug then delete drivers etc reinstall app THEN plug in device
Some devices work that way.have you had this device working before?
