Wanted to share a story of fantastic customer support. Bought a 2013 orochi from ocuk November 2013. Stopped working last week. Contacted razed direct, they took details of the mouse, told me it was 3 months out of warranty but they would replace it anyway. To do so had to cut the cord and serial tab inside the mouse, take a photo and send to them then in under a week I got a brand new one delivered.

Everyone is quick to kick off when things go bad but rarely say about good stuff so thought I'd share
 
I am starting their RMA process now.

Bit of a ball ache, uploaded a youtube video of the fault.............download some razer diagnotic software etc etc etc

Sigh, the left mouse button stopped working properly its very obvious.

I got Razer Diamondback limited edition like 15 years ago, the mouse was soooo good it lasted me such a long time, so I got another razer mouse and this one not even 2 years.....
 
hahahaha, I havn't got there yet, after (literally) 15 emails back and forth I think they have approved my RMA although I have not heard anything further so, I dunno........
 
Theyu did send me a replacement in the end.

I would say overall they are pretty good, too quite a few emails back and forth but that is mainly because they didn't require me to post the old one back, but I did have to send lots of photos, upload videos of the issue, even cut the wire from faulty one and prove it to them etc. odd.

But the end result is a new mouse so, cant coomplain.
