Does anyone know where i can get razor blades from in the highstreet?

Preferably after some Derby blades.

Obviously boots, tesco etc.. don't sell them. Tried the tesco ones once and they're about as sharp as a butter knife compared to the Derbys.

Never seen them in a high street store. If you've had no luck with the obvious then you might want to try any local chemist or hair salon/men's barbers, some still use straight razors not sure about Derbys though.

Damn. we don't have one of those here. Was hoping there is some chain or department store that stocks them. Can't spot any on the Jonh Lewis site or Debenhams site.

Not that i know of unless you have an online specialist nearby.

Tesco and asda sell israeli personna blades, you'll recognise them from the little razor blade on the packet, anyway they're not too bad i suppose, stay away from wilkinsons laser blades they're awful, basically any razor implement that comes from india should be avoided like the plague.

Edit - oh i see you have tried them err online is your only choice im afraid.

Just had a nose hmm trumans or norwich does straight shaving they might stock blades or be able to supply them

Nice link if it's sharp and smooth you want try the gillette yellows, close to my favourite blade the super iridium.

No point in new thread I suppose, anyone know where I can get Gillette Fusion blades at a good price, for some reason I don't like the idea of getting them off eBay.

Cheers guys.

Some small independent chemists sell decent blades, but they are few and far between.

Pretty much the only place on the highstreet to buy them, one place local to me sell wilkinson sword for around 80p a packet.
The only ones sold in wilko are these, really terrible blades.
Boots also sell wilkinson swords, but they are more like £2.

Hortons in Cirencester sell Swedish made Gillette DE blades which are pretty decent.

I remember reading a while ago that they stopped producing those, quite sort-after now.
