razor krait problems in windows

hi guys

i've got a razor krait mouse and my windows doesnt like it. when i install the razor software, my pc reboots when trying to switch users. i've uninstalled the software and the problem has gone away but when i click on folders and icons and scrolling on websites it sometimes freezes for a brief moment. can anyone help??

i know its not my pc because its done it on 2 different setups

you checked too see if there are older/newer versions of the software available to try ?
