I have had my lachesis for a few months now and it has been absolutely brilliant so far, deffinately the best mouse I have ever used.
However recently I it has started plaing up. Sometimes it takes a while before the cursor will start moving when windows starts (I have to wiggle the mouse for about 30 seconds and then it finally starts). Also, every now and then it stops registering up and down movements, it is fine going side to side. This is really annoying in windows but most annoying in games like cod4, suddenly I can't look up and down!
It is sometimes rectified by pulling out the usb and plugging it in again but now that little trick has stopped working. I have tried reinstalling the drivers and upgrading the firmware but that hasn't worked. I am now running it without the drivers and it still has the same problem.
Is this a case for an RMA? I haven't got another pc to try it on.

EDIT: I am using a razor destructor mouse mat but it is the same when using it on my desk. Also, I have just plugged an old ms 6000 laser mouse in and that works fine so it's RMA time
