RBE v1.23 Released (Radeon BIOS Editor)

So does this replace the std BIOS with a custom one? (if so, how come ATI dont offer BIOS updates directly - to the community)

I have the ASUS 5970 - would I benefit from this?

Maybe I have got confused :/ Sorry if so!
 
I think you still need an unlocked BIOS for powerplay (2d clocks) to work with tweaked voltages.

ASUS cards have unlocked BIOS so don't need this AFAIK.
