As Repta.

The Hubsan is great value.

yep the hubsan, cheap spares and batteries for it.

edit :
every thing from spare motors if you whack one to hard to a whole new chassis for cheap, my old model one came with 4 spare blades :)

if a motor starts acting up after a crash push the top end back in usually sorts minor faults like that, eg centre pole with rotor attached pushed to high up etc or a blade out of shape just bend it back never used my spares :)

never had to replace a motor on mine and i let mine rip in a sports hall 20mph+ trying flips lol the thing is solid lol plus you can have a battery charging while using another one thats a big bonus for impatient people and kids :)

same controls as a big heli as well it just is more balanced and a lot easier :) eg let go of controls and it will evntually hover if trim is set right while a cp heli wouyld keep going and need constant adjustments :)

oh stay away from any budget msrx helis they suck i had one lol unless you want to buy my dads one we still have then in that case it still sucks lol

lol dad was running about the sportshall trying to sell our 120sr and msrx choppers amoung others while trying out his blade 400 in the corner :p

Here is that Helicopter I was talking about.

The controller with it is Vulcan 7 Channel FM

Going to have to rewatch blue thunder now. The channel has a Airwolf one as well. I always wanted to get one myself but didn't realise how much work and money they cost.

I think that's the first RC Blue Thunder I've ever seen, and I've been obsessed by RC helis for over a decade, so pretty rare. And he went all out too. There's at least £5,000 worth there, maybe even double that.

Of course the actual flying Blue Thunder (not the one used for ground shots) was also an RC helicopter, interestingly with two blades, not three like the one on the ground. The F16s were RC too, one of which was piloted by Dave Herbert (NightFlyyer on Youtube). His channel is worth a look if you have an interest in RC flight. It taught me a lot in my early days in the hobby.
