Managed to find a fully working recreation of Alton Towers the other day. Have noticed one or two others that have been started then abandoned before but never a fully finished one.

The download contains everything you need but you will need the original plus both expansions.

Beware, it is extremely taxing as there's a hell of a lot going on. Get about 15-20fps on my rig in XP. 0-5 in Vista!!!!!!!!

If anyone knows of a better one, feel free to post.

I really loved it as well, played it all the time, couldn't stop playing it.

I agree as well that they did get worser over time, RCT2 and an expansion is basically where I stopped. RCT2 was all right as it was just a 'bumped' up version of the original to be honest.

3 wasn't good in my opinion, made it all far too complicated compared to how easy it was to play & have fun on the others.
 
Rollercoaster tycoon 3 was actually pretty good, I never really understood the bashing it got. I played 1 & 2 and they were good, but the patched up 3 (so people actually go on the rides) was just as good, and you could build some amazing looking rides. Some of the levels on the earlier one were a tad more fun (the Blackpool style one) but the fact you can go on your coasters and see it all as you made it in 3 was excellent, especially if you spent ages building a great ride and doing all the scenery and things...
 
3 never got me gripped like the originals

but back then i was a kiddy

RCT2 on Arid heights, oooooooh the joys - i made an empire!
 
I love RTC, I seem to like them more when I know i'm going to a theme park irl, hypes me up

I know that this is a old thread, but i would like to know if anybody on here as got a copy of this park and if so can i have it please. I have been looking for this park for a long time and now i can not find it again. :)
