Looks like ATI are planing to allow mixed multi GPU Vendor independent option on the new chipset that all add to the work load dynamically so as that a weaker GPU will only get the data it can handle with out holding up the faster GPUs which may also help for distributing CPU/GPU OpenCL 1.0=CUDA like but for any vendor.
