RDC for Outlook set-up

Hello, I have a distant family member who isn't very technical and I'd like to help them with their Outlook set-up.

He's also on Windows but, unfortunately, I don't have Windows 10 Pro.

What's a good RDC software for what I'm trying to achieve that will be easy for him to set up from his end and is ideally free or offers a free trial?

Windows 10 has Quick Assist now which doesn't require Pro, but does need you to sign in with a Windows account on your machine first.

I tried it the other day for the first time to help my Nan who lives in France, worked really well.

AnyDesk is easy to install and use. It's free for personal use and you don't need to create any accounts.

TeamViewer works, free for home use. They can just download the QuickSupport app so there's no installing to be done either.
