RDP Error

Hey Peeps ,

Looking for some help.

One of our directors is using and Ipad and has previously had no issues connecting to his Windows 11 Desktop via RDP / VPN

Yesterday he got an error saying Remote computer: This could be due to an expired password.

We have checked the password and that is fine.
I have checked sysdm.cpl - Remote desktop settings and all Fine.

i cant Understand why this is happening. The only thing that has changed system wise is that he was added to the RMM. This is causing no one else issues after they where added.

All AD has been checked and GPO has been checked nothing is wrong there.

Anyone got any ideas ?
 
Personally I'd remove the RMM and retest, if it works then it's RMM if it doesn't at least you have ruled that out.

Or if you have an iPad to test with try and replicate the issue as I guess Director level won't want to be messing around testing.
I tried the RMM didnt work.

I dont have another IPAD to try on but he gave me his to try it on. still nothing i have re-added the machine to his ipad and still nothing.

the only thing i can now think of is Windows 11 Update
