IS it possible to RDP with multiple monitors? Both ends have 2 monitors but currently when I RDP into one it only uses one screen.

Ive tried TeamViewer and you can open 2 instances but it isnt quite the same as you need to click into each "window/monitor" which means dragging and dropping things isnt great.

Any pointers greatly appreciated, thanks.

I use TeamViewer with 2 monitors on a daily basis - once you open each monitor in a separate window (which *isn't* the default in the newest version of TeamViewer, you need to tick the "Pop out monitors as individual windows" in the Monitor drop-down), then dragging and dropping things (files, folders, even application windows) just seems to work.

When launching mstsc, go to the display tab and check the "Use all my monitors for the remote session"

It doesn't matter how many monitors the remote machine has when remoting in - if you have more where you are, it will happily use them all

Thanks very much for the info all three of you, I will try them both out tonight and see which one works the best.
