Anyone know if its possible to initiate a connection to mstsc using a hyperlink or some sort of script?

i.e. click a link and it will launch to the correct IP Address?

Install Remote Desktop Connection Web Connection
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/tools/rdwebconn.mspx

Then you can connect to the PC from a web browser.

Sounds like you don't mean weblink, you just want a shortcut to double click? If so, easy. Open Remote Desktop Connection, set all the settings as you like, then hit 'Save As', save to a .RDP file. Create a shortcut to it. Done.

I have these on my desktop - including username and password, desktop res etc - so I just double click and I'm in.
